How Do I Reserve?

Can I come with a different party size than is available on the portal?

Due to limited availability, we can only accept reservations for parties of 2, 4, or 6 guests in the main dining room. However, guests with a different party size may book a private dinner for up to 16 guests in our private dining room or 40 guests as a private restaurant buyout.

Can I book a reservation past the three-month mark available on the booking calendar?

While we are unable to accommodate main dining room reservations in advance of the three-month mark, our special events team can facilitate a private buyout where the Da Lat Rose menu may be experienced throughout the year, with prior arrangements.

Can I bring my children?

While our chefs will do their best to accommodate a child’s dietary restrictions, we do not have a children’s menu. Children will need to be included in the party size and adhere to the standard menu price.

Can you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?

We will do our best to adapt The Gastrobiography menu according to each guest's dietary restrictions, when given 72 hours prior notice. Our chefs have also carefully created a signature Gluten-Free, Vegan Gastrobiography menu available upon request. If you are dining within 72-hours and have dietary restrictions, please contact us at 310.998.7919 so our culinary team can adjust accordingly.

What is your corkage policy?

Our corkage fee is $125 per 750ml bottle not represented on our wine list. We kindly ask that you limit corkage to two bottles maximum per table.

What is the dress attire at Da Lat Rose?

Enjoy the journey, dress to impress! We recommend a chic dinner attire.

What is the total length of dinner?

We advise you to allow about 2.5 to 3 hours to comfortably enjoy

What happens if I need to make changes to my reservation?

Due to Da Lat Rose’s limited capacity of only 20 seats, deposits taken during bookings are nonrefundable. We are happy to make date changes up to 7 days prior to the date of original reservation, subject to availability. Anything outside of that time frame will be subject to a total cancelation fee of $250 per person.
